What is your favorite Apple device? Why?
"I love my iPhone 13 pro max. The camera is outstanding, and Siri has so incredibly improved. I also love my Homepod mini home system and love setting scenes for when I walk in the door. I love my AirPod pros as well. I have mild hearing loss, and those have been a game changer for me. But mostly, I love how my Homekit has integrated all of them."
They want to know how familiar you are with their suite of products while gauging your enthusiasm for what they offer. They'll evaluate your level of engagement and how well you'd represent their brand. Before you can represent their brand, you'll have to convey that you already embrace their culture as a loyal customer. Give the interviewers the list of the products you own, which of those you use most, the value you find in them, and why you cannot live without them. Speak as if you were sharing this information with a customer and were already on their team.
You want to come across as professional, friendly, and approachable. Maintain eye contact with the camera as if you're speaking face-to-face with a person while avoiding looking at yourself on the screen. You should come across as an expert on your Apple devices, speaking effectively about what you enjoy most about them and their capabilities. The assessment vendor will screen you for your honesty and comfort level to ensure your claims are genuine and that you truly are a loyal Apple customer. They'll study your verbal and non-verbal cues, facial expressions, eye movements, body movements, posture, and the nuances of tone and choice of words.
